The basis for this is close cooperation, open discussions and direct communication. In line with the Hoshin Kanri principle, all of our departments have their own sub-goals while keeping the compass needle in mind. The achievement and implementation of solutions at TECKOS takes place through open and honest communication in cross-functional teams, a transparent KPI system and focusing our activities always towards the achievement of these goals.
