We use our specialist skills in order to achieve the goals set by you and to find solutions to the problem which you are seeking to solve. Our focus lies with agriculture and construction technology. We are however also active in the mechanical engineering industry.
Metal Skills
Our area of expertise is metal, whether pure or in combination with other materials. Our staff has many years of experience in metal processing. Yet we do not rest on our laurels, but instead continue to train staff to improve further. This in combination with direct communication channels at TECKOS, the dynamic and motivation of our staff and working in cross-functional teams enables us to select the optimum material combination with the optimum process to solve specific problems.

Hoshin-Kanri Skills
We work in line with the principles of Hoshin-Kanri and Lean Management. To us Lean means that we work towards improving our processes daily, even in respect of small details. In line with the Hoshin-Kanri principle our focus is always our customer goals. For this we organize all required departments in the direction of a project’s compass needle. We are certain, that through this clear focus on your targets, we are able to provide you with the best solutions. This and more is reflected in our principles, which clearly impact our daily work: Focus, Team-Spirit, Optimization and Flexibility.

Industry-4.0 Skills
Digitalization is changing existing industrial sectors and business models and is creating totally new areas. In agriculture the internet is technological reality. Nearly every second farmer is already employing intelligent machinery in their businesses. Thanks to automatic measurement and data collection the optimum time for fertilizing an area can be calculated. Over-fertilization is prevented and the use of fertilizer reduced. Machines and equipment are linked and semi-autonomously coordinated with one another during the harvest. The base for this is real-time data, which records the current progress of the harvest. These are just some examples of its successful implementation. The farmer is able to improve his processes and reduce costs. Such challenges as low producer prices and international competition are cushioned. The construction and mechanical engineering industries are still in their infancy in comparison to the agriculture industry. The potential to steer the whole process flow more efficiently with the help of digital technologies is very large.
Often a clear vision of the concrete uses digital technologies have in which areas, is missing. Another question which is often asked: Are benefits higher than costs? In our opinion, knowledge is a key factor in answering this question and successfully implementing digitalization. This knowledge includes Industry 4.0 technologies as well as a fundamental understanding of the processes within the respective industries. At TECKOS we are continuously extending our knowledge base through additional training and communication networks especially in the agriculture and construction industries. TECKOS will combine its efforts together with you to tackle digitalization. This involves two key areas.
Equipping components and systems with digital technology
We develop new metal components and systems through the use of smart technologies, always with a view to creating more value added for you and your customers. For example, if you have your own internal developments, we can manufacture these and fit them on site with the sensor technology, as required.
The application of Industry 4.0 in production and customer coordination
Vertical linkage along the value added chain is one aspect we address. We use EDI (electronic data interchange) in our communication with you. Our production process integrates technologies which create transparency along the value added chain. Through a transparent data exchange, we can continuously improve and coordinate processes with one another, in line with your requirements.
